➥ WHEN COMMISSIONING ME OR HAVING MY ART/CHARACTER DESIGNS, YOU ARE AGREEING WITH THIS TERMS.

– Commissions are for personal use only. For commercial use prices will be discussed.
– I may take a couple days to a month to finish a piece depending on the complexity.
– I'll send a concept sketch before invoicing, and after the invoice is paid, the cleaned sketch for approval. Once its approved, I'll charge +10% per change so pay attention to the WIP.
- I'll send you a WIP everytime I finish a progress (sketches, colors, shading and render). Don't be afraid to point any mistake.
- You can ask to be anonymous (your name won't be mentioned when I publish the art on my socials). If you don't want me do post it anywhere I'll charge +100%
- You can ask me to post the art in a certain data (like if it is a birthday gift).
– If I don't reply to your message in 24 hours please send me another one, I must've not been notified.

PAYMENT– I can deny a commission if I feel I can't properly do what was requested (if it was already paid, I give 100% refund).
– Changes can be done only during the sketch phase, after this, changes will be charged extra (+10% each) - unless its a mistake I made.
– Refunds: 50% if on sketchphase or started the lineart. After that, no refund.
– I will send the progress always when solicited.
– The payment must be sent after details discussion.
– The payment must be in USD or EUR (same price) and if you're buying directly from me, the payment must be via PayPal.

COPYRIGHT– I may use my artwork of your character to promote my art and commissions/post the artwork at any platform.
– You may use my artwork of your character at any platform as long as you give the proper credits (always like MushwnMallo).
– Do not change, copy, plagiarize or trace my artwork.
– You may use filters to the artwork as long it is still recognisable.
– You can use the art/character design as long as you want in materials (like print, pins, t-shirts, fursuits, etc) ONLY FOR PERSONAL USE. Do not sell it.

CHARACTER DESIGN TERMS– DO NOT heavily redesign the character design.
– If you sell a character design, it's preferred that you alert the new owner about the Terms, and check out my BLACKLIST before selling.
– You can make different versions of my character design (feral, anthro, etc). Give me the credits over the original design.
– If I find out you're buying just to sell with higher price, you'll be sent to my blacklist.
